Scraping rehab centers was a pain. Their sites are a mess of redirects, broken forms, and fake addresses. We spent weeks building a scraper that navigates state licensing boards and Medicare databases to cross-verify actual facilities. Finally got a clean list of 12,000+ centers with verified emails. Most 'competitors' sell stale data from 2019. Ours is current as of last month.

The tricky part was deduplicating chains like Acadia or American Addiction Centers. They have 50 locations under one domain but different emails per site. We wrote a custom parser to extract the per-facility contact page, not just the main site. Also had to filter out detox clinics that are just forwarding calls to call centers. Those are useless for outreach. We only keep ones with a real, working email.

We also cross-checked emails against a bounce list we've built over the years. Rehab centers change staff often, so we refresh the list quarterly. If you buy this CSV, you get the raw data: facility name, address, phone, email, website, license type, and bed count. No CRM integration, no lead scoring, just raw CSV. Data Schema & Dictionary

facility_name

The official legal name of the rehab center as registered with the state. Don't trust the website's branding; this is the entity you'd bill or contract with.

email

Direct email address scraped from the facility's contact page or verified via state records. This is the one that doesn't bounce (we test it). Sales reps can use it for outreach.

phone

Main phone number for the facility. Often a local number, not a toll-free line. Useful for quick verification or as a backup if email fails.

address

Physical street address of the facility. We include city, state, and ZIP. Useful for territory mapping or sending direct mail.

license_type

What the facility is licensed to provide: detox, residential, outpatient, or a mix. This tells you if they're a potential buyer for your services or just a referral point.

bed_count

Number of beds the facility has. Bigger facilities have bigger budgets and more staff. A 200-bed center is a different sales conversation than a 6-bed sober home.

website

The facility's official website. We include it so you can verify the data yourself or pull additional contact info if needed.

last_verified

Date we last checked that the email didn't bounce or the phone wasn't disconnected. If this is older than 90 days, expect some drift.

How fresh is this data?
We scrape it on the 1st of every month. If you buy it mid-month, you're getting last month's data. We also run a bounce check on emails before delivery. If you find a bad email within 30 days, tell us and we'll swap it for a valid one. No questions asked.
Is this just a list of email addresses?
No, it's a full CSV with facility name, address, phone, email, website, license type, and bed count. You get the raw data, not a CRM import. If you need a CRM, go buy one. This is for people who want to do their own thing.
How did you get these emails? Are they legally obtained?
