Scraping pediatricians was a pain. Their clinics hide behind group practices and hospital systems, so individual emails are buried. We had to crawl state medical boards, cross-reference with NPI data, and then verify each address with a custom SMTP checker. Took us 3 months to get it right. The hard part wasn't the scraping, it was the validation. Pediatricians are a small niche, so we had to be careful not to burn the email addresses. We used a mix of regex, DNS lookups, and SMTP handshakes. We also manually reviewed a sample of 500 records to make sure the data made sense. The result is a list with a 95% deliverability rate, which is better than most 'verified' lists on the market. And we're not selling to 10 other companies—we cap the resale at 5 licenses per region.
